Subrogation

An administrator may reserve the "right of subrogation" in the event of a loss.  Meritain Health supports an in-house subrogation team which utilizes integrated software developed by legal teams to ensure accuracy and quick response.  Subrogation provides clients with an opportunity for additional cost management.  Pursuing subrogation allows clients, through Meritain Health, to take action in the recovery of claim dollars to a paid to a covered insurer if the loss was caused by a third party.  Our subrogation team actively secures payment from outside parties on the behalf of our clients and our members.
