Access your information quickly
For 24-hour access to your personal health information, log in to your account. If you haven’t created an account, click Register at the top right of this page and follow the prompts. Have your ID card with you so set-up is fast and easy.
Once you register, you’ll be able to view:
- Claims history.
- Doctor/hospital locator.
- Explanation of Benefits.
- Health and wellness benefits.
- Healthcare cost information.
- ID cards.
- Plan documents.
