Meritain Health Announces Excellent Net Promoter Score

We’re pleased to announce our recent Net Promoter ScoreSM (NPS®) of 54, which falls within the NPS range indicating excellence (50 or higher). We calculated our score based on our annual client and producer satisfaction surveys.

The NPS metric indicates how likely a customer is to recommend a product or service. It’s quickly become a respected measure of how enthusiastic customers are about a company, determined by how likely they are to promote it to others. The average score for health plans1 is 24, so we’re excited our NPS of 54 is more than double!
