We’re delighted to announce our new program, Meritain Health OnPoint Solutions, is hitting the market. It’s focused on engaging members in their health as the key to lowering the cost of care. The packaged solution tackles real needs felt from across the industry. And it’s taking them on from multiple angles. First, it aims to help members engage with solutions easily and seamlessly through a carefully developed platform. Secondly, it offers customers a selection of curated, market-leading point solutions, to help them zero in  on areas where they need to focus attention. It’s designed to assist in producing tangible results and, ultimately, greater savings.

How does it work?

OnPoint Solutions will be using data-driven decision making to drive customers toward point solutions that best match their population and over-arching goals. In addition, a modern, sophisticated platform is at the center of the initiative. Called Meritain Go, the new platform gives members what they need to stay connected, involved and moving forward with their benefits.

Here are three things at the heart of the program:

    • Data-driven guidance to help employers find best-fit solutions for their populations.
    • A narrowed-down choice of curated point solutions that increase access, solve for pressing cost-drivers and focus on member experience.
    • A sophisticated digital member engagement platform to allow members to easily explore their benefits, improving their health along the way.

Our current list of hand-picked, curated solutions for this program includes:

    • Healthcare Bluebook™
    • High Cost Drug Management (from Meritain Health®)
    • Hinge Health®
    • Livongo® by Teladoc Health® Whole Person Plus
    • Maven
    • Minute Clinic®
    • Teladoc Health General Medical

Each of these was carefully selected to address cost and access challenges nearly every customer faces. We’re encouraging plan sponsors to pick at least three to create a custom bundle, unique to their own population.

Our pledge toward long-term success

In addition, we’ve added something different to this program called our 30 for 30 guarantee with a qualifying bundle. In a nutshell, we’re pledging to drive 30 percent employee registration to the Meritain Go member platform in their first year. If that’s not possible, we’ll refund 30 percent of the per employee per month (PEPM) platform fee in year one of implementation.

It’s been created as our way of letting customers know we’re confident this will work. We also want to give them a healthy head start toward long-term success.
